on opening the firefox, only the words on the toolbars like 'file', 'edit' are
visible; the basic framework is not visible. however firefox works fine in the
safe mode except that the 'use theme' key in themes is disabled.

1.start the browser

Actual Results:  
only the words are visible

Expected Results:  
the framework of the software should have been visible

none of the themes can be used, they can be insatlled but the 'use theme' is
disabled.

Which extension do you have installed? Can you pinpoint the one that is causing
the problems?

i don't have any extensions installed. Its the themes which are disabled. the
problem just occurs each time i open the browser.
