User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 When trying to print out this (as in clicking print) list using the print preview function, firefoox shoots upto 100% cpu and the printer status hangs on "spooling". This *seems* to happen only with page 2, but i did not fully check. Upon trying a 2nd time with reinstalled printer drivers, the computer showed a garbled image from generals (game install on the machine) and then reset. BUT, it worked flawlessly when just clicking plain old print and not using print preview at all. I've have asked my friend to do the same, and his computer is virtually opersite to mine (i'm a Athlon XP, nforce 2, Ati x800pro, he's a P4, intel chipset, nvidia 6800GT) and the same thing happened, except we stopped when firefox crashed. I can't confirm what printer he has, but i have a HP Deskjet 3420 Usb. Cheers. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto Webpage 2. Select Print Preview 3. Print the Page (2 seems to be offending one) Actual Results: Firefox hogs CPU, requires shutting down of process. Made computer show garbled images and reset on later retrys. Expected Results: Printed it all nice and happy. Compy specs of both systems noted in details, same operating system.
Crash bugs are never evangelism. Over to printing.

Works for me, using current trunk build. Reporter, maybe you could test it with the latest nightly 1.8b build?

Java started, java console came up and was showing code from a gif as commandline text: 'gif89a' followed by little boxes, some of them separated by weird characters. Couldn´t copy that weird text, only one of the boxes shown below, can make a small screenshot, if wanted. some text from Java console, more generated when changing pages: D> Init Applet D> Start Applet D> Post record to url http://secure-au.imrworldwide.com/cgi-bin/m?ci=carsales&cg=carsales&du=65&si=http%3A//www.carsales.com.au/pls/carsales/%21cs_content.dealer_results%3Fcurrent_rec%3D1%26total_rec%3D26%26sort_type%3D7%26make_id%3D10%26model_id%3D19%26badge_id%3D315%26search_distance%3D25%26region_id%3D7&rp=&ov=Windows+98%3A4.10%3Ax86&jv=1.5.0_01&tl=&sr=800x600&lg=en-US&je=y&ck=y&tz=1&ct=&hp=&cd=32&li= Cookie-Service nicht verfügbar - Cache zum Ermitteln von "Cookie" verwenden Cookie-Service nicht verfügbar - ignorieren "Set-Cookie" Cookie-Service nicht verfügbar - ignorieren "Set-Cookie" GIF89a
