Nornal operation of windows programs has the toolbar print icon go direct to
print the page, not invoking the print dialog first. This causes additional
mouse clicks for people like myself who do a lot of page printing (eBay stuff).
If a user wants to invoke the print options dialog then use the file|print
option as per normal windows tools.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the Print icon on the tool bar
2. Click OK on the print options dialog
