If an .exe file with the same name as the folder in which the file is saved
exists the file is started instead of the opening of the folder.
During my test the download folder was on a Samba share.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a folder "Downloads".
Create a folder "Putty" in "Downloads"
Move file Putty.exe in Downloads.
Download a file in folder "Putty"
Click "Show File Location" on Downloaded file.
Putty.exe starts.
Actual Results:
Putty.exe starts.
Expected Results:
Show the Download folder in Explorer

this was fixed, but only for 1.8alpha1 and later releases... since bug 211894 is
not marked security-sensitive, I'm removing the flag here.
