This page is to test your system with their webcast program. At the Network
check step a page comes up that says "Please do not close this window" and that
is all that happens. With IE it notified me I needed to download and install a
program. This I did, and it worked. I tried FireFox after I installed this
software and still had the same problem as before. Thanks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to test system
2.Continue through browser test
3.Continue to Network test, problem will occur

Actual Results:
simply hung, no error messages or instructions. IE when tried was told install a
progam and then worked, still same result with FireFox

Expected Results:
Continued with test or given an error message of no responce something like that

This site is used by SolidWorks and National Instrument for WebCast. Might be
worth looking into.
The information given does not seem to indicate a defect in Firefox. On
the off chance that there is, could you test with a recent version.
