283098 - Embed .wmv video disappears when click on link or scroll page

When I view videos on a particular site sometimes the video never shows up,
video shows but if i move the mouse at all it disappears, or if I click a link
the video disappears...the WMP controls are still present but its like a white
layer is added ontop of the video. I will include a test case and if anyone
would like a link to the actual site and a page that the bug is present on I
will email you. (Don't want to post here because of some of the content on the site)

With my test case the only time the bug is present is if you click the broken
picture link.

This only works when the page is not opened within the bugzilla window. As you
can see the window disappears and reappears as you scroll
