happens on Linux and Windows NT (builds 2000-02-17-08). 1. Go to http://jimbob/trigger2.html 2. Select f_addsubcomp_bigfile from drop down menu. or enter in URL field. 3. Press Trigger. 4. Press OK in confirm dlog. 5. Observe progress bar. Result (Linux): It doesn't spin during "transferring data" stage (in status msg area). Once it starts installing, progress poll starts spinning. Result (NT): It doesn't spin at all. Expected: Progress bar works during the entire download.
