Firefox is not able to open the web pages containing "#" in the URL string, for
example it is unable to open the pages of the foolowing type:
file://vikramm/html/!SSL!/WebHelp/newhelp1.htm#A_Widget_Is_a_Resource.htm
file://vikramm/html/!SSL!/WebHelp/newhelp1.htm#Levels_of_Custom_Resource_or_Widget_Creation.htm
That is containing "#" in URL string

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write the address of the page containing "#"
2.e.g : file:/newhelp1.htm#Levels_of_Custom_Resource_or_Widget_Creation.htm


Actual Results:  
Web page is not displayed


Expected Results:  
Web Page should get displayed.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

I see nothing that indicates there was a fix here, correcting resolution
