Hi !
I just notice while surfing to some sites (mostly french ones, as I live here)
that accentuated characters only display a square.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.google.fr

3.

Actual Results:  
"é" and other accentuated characters show up as a square

Expected Results:  
display the "é" or "à" or "è" and so...

Minimo version 0.002

Actually, funny something happens here also :) emm... characters I mentionned
are such as "e" with acute accent (e') (not sure how to describe it in english),
and so on.
