i implemented ICS+WEBDAV support to GMX (germanys biggest free email provider)...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create your gmx account
2. upgrade for free the gmx account to free mail plus
3. subscribe to http://organizer.gmx.net/pim.ics

Actual Results:  
you will need to login with your customerno + password (webdav)

Expected Results:  
everything ok
