Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Background: We are looking for a shared calendar at our office, and users want simplicity first and foremost. I installed Mozilla Sunbird on several workstations, and then set up Apache server with WinDAV to host the remote group.ics file for our group calendar. A remote calendar would be more useful if there was some sort of polling cycle (every minute or so). Having to do ctrl-R to get a current view of events on the remote calendar is a drag. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. At Workstation A and Workstation B, subscribe to the same remote calendar, checking "Automatically publish your changes..." on each. 2. Add a new event on Workstation A. 3. Workstation B doesn't see the addition unless he does ctrl-R or checks "Reload Remote Calendars on Startup" and restarts the calendar. Actual Results: Workstation views of the calendar don't stay in sync unless users keep doing ctrl-R or restart the application with "Reload Remote Calendar on Startup" enabled. Expected Results: All workstations subscribing to the same remote calendar should stay in sync without being required to manually ctrl-R or anything else.
