When you go to any page, including this one and select any percentage from the
drop down menu in the print preview, nothing will happends, it will go to
"shrink to fit"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to print preview
2. Use the dropdown for scale and choose whatever %

When selecting a percentage a grey area will appear.

I can confirm the scale selection problem.

In addition, the Landscape and Portrait buttons are non-functional - you must
use Page Setup to change page orientation.

Furthermore, if you switch (using Page Setup) from Portrait to Landscape and
back again to Portrait, the horizontal and vertical scroll bars disappear
completely.
