283208 - At startup, I get a screen called "gecko" which only contains some code

The summary says it all. 
Thunderbird doesn't load, I only see the gecko screen with some code in it. 
 
I'm using: 
SuSE 9.2 pro 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run /opt/thunderbird/thunderbird 
2. 
3. 
 
Actual Results:  
get the gecko screen 

Expected Results:  
start thunderbird main window

Sorry, late reply, didn't see a part of your question, but I haven't been able 
to start thunderbird at all since installation, so, no extensions installed yet

Don't know why (didn't see this bug listed in the change list) but with version
1.0.2 the problem is solved. thanks!
