it would be nice if the code could leave styling to the theme instead of
hardcoding it...

(and it could also use AssignLiteral instead of CopyASCIItoUTF16)
The long-term plan is to completely eliminate the hardcoded plugin replacement
code and have an XBL binding that gets loaded for broken plugins (and images etc
too), then it'd be easier to style this etc...
Bug 309521 removed the code this was filed on.
