This is my home page. When I open my browser, this page opens and an ad pops up.
No ad pops up when I go to the page by entering the URL after opening the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser with http://www.bobbrinker.com/secure/mktmrlogin.asp as the
home page.

Actual Results:  
An ad pops up.

Expected Results:  
No pop up ad.
Setting that page as my homepage and reopening the browser did not result in a
popup.

I can't reproduce, but this site appears to use Fastclick (depending on a
cookie), which is actively exploiting bug 176079.
