Tools->Options->Display->HTML Messages

Says: "When displaying HTML messages, use the following:
Text Color   Background Color"

But the chosen colors apply to all messages, not just HTML
ones.  If it's supposed to apply to all messages (not a bug), then
remove this setting from the "HTML Messages" section.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools->Options->Display->HTML Messages
2.  Change Text or background color, or both.
3.

Actual Results:  
The text and/or background changes for all displayed messages,
not just HTML ones.

Expected Results:  
Changed color only for HTML messages.  Or the Options dialog
should be changed.

I agree that the Preferences dialog uses misleading text here.

Note that the color preferences do not apply to HTML messages which specify 
their own colors.

The colors specified here are also used as the colors of the
text in the compose window when you compose email as plain
text.

Another confusion: there exist a HTML Options pane under Composition options,
which also allows setting foreground and background colors.
