User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0

On the bookmark toolbar, the popup menu you can access by right clicking an item
is displayed in a seemingly random position when you keep the left button held
down whilst pressing the right one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start firefox
2. Add an RSS feed to the bookmark toolbar (the BBC news one will do)
3. Hold down the left menu to view the headlines
4. Keeping the left button held down, right click so that you can open your
selected item in a new tab.

Actual Results:
The popup menu went to a random position rather than where I left my cursor.

Expected Results:
The popup menu should have popped up with its origin (the top left) at the mouse
cursor position.
Actually the popup position doesn't seem to be really random but to have a
constant offset from the cursor position.
A similar problem is seen in the bookmarks menu: expand it with a left click and
keep the left button pressed, move to a bookmark and right-click to open the
popup menu: it shows with a (constant?) offset from the cursor position.
Tested on Mozilla Firefox 1.5 Beta 1.

I was able to reproduce this, as well as the bookmarks menu example provided by Matteo.

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate of one of our menu placement / origin bugs.
