283299 - No confirmation before deleting an SMTP server

I can very easily delete any and all my SMTP servcer from the list provided and
there is nothing to stop me. Although after deleting a server it is not
finalised till i click OK. Clicking cancel after deleting leaves the server
record intact. 

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
upon clicking delete i expect to see a dialog asking me am i sure i want to
selete this SMTP server

Fixed due to work for bug 202468.
