When i click on start/programs/mozilla/program manager it launches your web site
instead of the program manager.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click start
2. click programs
3. click Mozilla
4. click profile manager

Actual Results:  
The program launched your browser

Expected Results:  
It should have launched the profile manager.
Version: unspecified → 1.7 Branch
This only happens when mozilla browser is already opened.
