en-US version with appropriate localizations of links.

browser patch

As http://wiki.mozilla.org/wiki/L10n:Firefox_Extras says, no trailing '/' on
start.
gandalf said he'd fix that on check in.

I just noticed that only the browser patch was approved/checked-in.
Is there a chance we could get the toolkit patch done too? - there
