283384 - Final changes to pl-PL localization of Firefox 1.0.1

Polish localization of Firefox 1.0.1 needs some important updates.

These are:
* fixing the Release Notes URL (was pointing to 0.10 relnotes in 1.0)
* correcting conflicting accesskeys in cookie acceptance dialog
* setting a better accesskey for one button in about:config (was using an unused
letter as the acceskey, so the button had an extra "(U)" part)

These fixes are low-risk and Aviary.PL would like to see them checked in. :)

The changes in brand.dtd have been checked-in, I don't know who did it.

config.dtd and cookieAcceptDialog are still wrong.

Shame... :(
