Using 2000021708 on NT Steps 1) Open reply all message. 2) Caret is automatically placed at the beginning of the message 3) Type one character. 4) Caret moves to the end of the second to last line of the message. Expected behavior: Caret moves to next character as normal

I'm not seeing this using html compose with 2000-02-18-08m14 commercial build on NT 4.0. Still happening to you, michaell?
