The "Enter username and password for *" does not appear when trying to logon to
Outlook Web Access using Minimo on Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition.  Instead,
Minimo tries to load the page without a username and password and gets rejected
by the server.  As this is the mail server for my school, I cannot give the web
address.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web address for Outlook Web Access
2. Try to log on
Actual Results:  
Rejected by server - "Error: Access is Denied."

Expected Results:  
Minimo should have displayed a logon dialog.

It works now in 0.010!  Yay!  Renders even better than PIE now!
