All keyboard commands fail within the custom setup dialog except Space (toggle
selection) and Esc (quit).  If I focus a nav button with the mouse, I can tab
between them, but if I tab past the "forward" button, focus goes back to the
checkbox and keyboard commands fail again.

The same thing happens with gtk2 Seamonkey installer.
