The website that the bandwidth tester plugin tries to connect to in order to
test download speed is no longer on the internet.

This causes Firefox to freeze completely when someone tries to run the plugin.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Tools
2. Click on Bandwidth Tester

Actual Results:
Firefox freezes

Expected Results:
The software should test the bandwidth, or at least give an error that the test
is currently unavailable.
This plugin is currently a featured download on the extensions web page.
Summary: 'Bandwidth tester' plug in no longer works. → 'Bandwidth tester' plug in no longer works, due to unavailable server, Firefox freezes
That should be reported to the author of the extension, not in the bug-database
of Firefox. It's also his site (jgillick.nettripper.com) that is down. Ofcourse,
when Jeremy thinks it's really a Firefox error, it can be reported here.
