When deleting emails from the junk mail folder, and after identifying mail to be
reported as junk mail, the operation times out and a dialog box is displayed
stating that the document contains no data.

the selected messages should be deleted from the Junk mail box

wfm. Seems like a broken connection or overloaded Microsoft server where we
don't receive data. 

You say reproducable "always". How, how often and when did this occur?

this is not an issue of an overloaded server.  go do a search for "contains no
data" and see how many unconfirmed reports of this same issue have been made. 
please address it.

charles - your assertion does not ring true. an examination of the "reports" indicates almost all are NOT mozilla problems

10 are marked fixed
i examined 2 of the 10. those two should have been closed WFM, so the other resolutions are suspect
10 others are NEW or unconfirmed
40 remaining were closed invalid or worksforme
