The table in the link provided displays fine in Firefox but when printed it is
rendered very badly: a bit of row one on page 1 but nothing else, page 2 and 3
has most of the table rendered correctly (some cell sizes are wrong) but the
rest of page 1's data never appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the page above so it loads in Firefox.
2. Click File->Print Preview or File->Print.

Actual Results:  
An incorrectly rendered table.

Expected Results:  
Printed the table as rendered on screen.

I see this problem on Windows and GNU/Linux (although the output doesn't exactly
match).
