When I used firefox to display this page,
http://knotts.com/park/guest/parkmap2.html, it shows some strange characters. 
However, IE can display it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Key in the given URL
3. Press Enter

Actual Results:  
It shows up some strange characters instead of a jpg file.

Expected Results:  
It can able to display it.

The URL quoted sends a perfectly good JFIF with a mime type text/html. Firefox
is doing the right thing. I doubt that this is a bug
