It would be nice (esp. for subscribed remote calendars) to see when the last
change to a calendar file was made (displaying the information in the calendar
front end) and how Up-To-Date it is. (like "last change: 3h43min ago)

Summary: [RFE] display date and time of last change of each calendar file → Display date and time of last change of each calendar
This would indeed be a nice feature to have, but one that would only appeal to a small number of users and therefore be better suited for an extension.

Marking WONTFIX.
