When wanting to "Reply" to a message, it puts the cursor at the bottom of the message which is not standard.

People end up deleting the message because they think I did not write anything,
they do not think to scroll down to the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click reply to any message

Expected Results:  
Cursor along with my signature should be at the top of the message window.
tools | account settings | composition and & addressing (for your server), pick
start my reply above the quote.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 20 years ago
Resolution: --- → INVALID
