I've spent a few hours looking over the reports for all the problems you have,
and I haven't seen anything like my issue.

Because of what ever is wrong with your system, I cannot do a disk scan or a
defragmenter--I keep getting the message
regarding "u3hf36ps.default.cookies.txt.moztmp" It says its corrupt, and that I
should run a chkdsk, but every time i do that it only temporarily fixes the
problem.

I uninstalled the firefox browser hoping to clear this up, but now I cannot
defragment, and I would like you to fix this problem! There is no reason my
computer should be acting up, there are no viruses and I've already run adware
scans--please help!

Reproducible: Always
This sounds like something much more suited to a support forum than a
reproducible bug. Try the mozillazine forums
(http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38). However, while I'm here,
have you tried searching for and deleting that file?

I'm going to close this as worksforme since, as far as I can tell, there's no
way to reproduce it on any other computers. If you can get it to reliably show
up on other computers, please reopen.
