I added your code for promoting Firefox to the end of the index.html page.
It does not show up.

Reproducible: Always

1.Visit my page
2.Scroll down - no Firefox promotion
3.See source - it does include your link

Expected Results:  
Your logo should be on the bottom of this page
WFM -- I see it...
But marking as Invalid
