the website will not open up

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  go to a website 



Actual Results:  
I receive a box that states:
"the file /index1.html cannot be found, please check the location and try again."

Expected Results:  
go to the website...
This URL works for me with Mozilla 1.8b2. 

Check if you have any filter/blocking software (firewall or so) active, which
allows only for the older version access to this site or the net in general.
Recreate the filter rules to allow access for your new Mozilla version.
