When creating a filter against a custom header, if the header is multi-line,
"contains" does not search any but the first line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to freebsd-emulation.freebsd.org
2. Create a filter on the List-ID header matching "contains"
"<freebsd-emulation.freebsd.org>"
3. Messages are not filtered as expected

Actual Results:  
Message remained in inbox.

Expected Results:  
Performed the requested filter action (ie: Move to "FreeBSD Emulation" local
folder etc)
