This can be achieved by right clicking the frame > This Frame > Reload frame, but not from the keyboard. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any page that contains frames. 2. Try to refresh one frame by a keyboard shortcut 3. Actual Results: - Expected Results: Have a shorcut that reloads the given frame. Suggestion: Alt-F5

Shift+F10 H R works I realize that's not a shortcut, but is this really something people do that often?

Something along the lines of Alt + R to refresh the focused frame (similar to opera) would be useful for users migrating browsers.

Indeed, I think it could also be useful for non-migrateting users, if a shortcut existed and they knew about it. But definately, Opera has Alt+F5 for this functionality. Additionally, "Shift+F10 H R" does not work in every browser, since in localized versions the access keys can be different. Actually, it might not even work in an English version if the pop-up menu is modified and H is also assigned to one of the new menu items above "T_h_is Frame >".
