Software error:
Insecure dependency in parameter 3 of
DBI::db=HASH(0x94d3258)->selectrow_array method call while running with
-T switch at Bugzilla/User.pm line 1016.

This happens when you submit the new account form.
Yeah, I got this same error yesterday when trying to create account on the
landfill tip. :( Maybe you should approve the fix in the duplicate bug.. :)
