283782 - The Address book is not updating the name when changed

When the name is updated to the address book the name is not getting updated in
the add list or group immediately, the address book needs to be closed and
reopen again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Address book, and create a new Address book as Sample.
2. Doble click on the created book (Sample) and change the name to Sample123.
3. The name gets upadted immediately, Now create a new list or card when the Add
to address book displays select the book that is created.
4. It is showing as Sample instead of Sample123
Actual Results:  
It is showing as sample instead of showing the name as sample123 but in the
addres s book it is showing as sample123 only

Expected Results:  
It should be showing as sample123 in the add to drop down list instead of sample
The values are not getting updated dynamically
