switching to the finder or another app brings back custom options of Fruitmenu
from Unsanity (PBG4 800MHz, OS 10.3.8, APE v1.4.4, FruitMenu v.3.2.1)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch firefox
2.open apple menu
3.read options

Actual Results:  
i loose fruitmenu customization

Expected Results:  
no interaction with AppleMenu/third party preference panes

i can t say, but i did not see that w/FF 1.0, neither w/any other apps in front
so far...
