Right now it allows us to block loading of remote images, and further allows us
to override this blocking to allow images sent by addresses in a specified
address book. This is good, but many of us recieve emails, notifications from
web sites or services as well as people. In other words they come from
addresses that we would never mail to, and don't really make sense to store in
an address book. As we workaround we certainly can store then in the addressbook
to get the desired behavior, even keeping a special book for these, but this is
feels kind of hacky. Thunderbird should be able to store a special list of these
addresses...ideally that bar that tells you images have been blocked should have
a "always allow images from this sender" option; this is entirely analogous to
to the bar we get when Firebird blocks popups, and it should have the same look
and feel and operation.

Reproducible: Always
