Looking at http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla1.8-l10n-bg you seem to have a working TB2 translation, though there is nothing on the trunk yet.

So I guess this bug can be closed. Please reopen with an explanation if you disagree.
