When using multiple calendar files there is no way to show in the "tasks" view
the calendar each event belongs to.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Each task should show its parent calendar color or have at least a "calendar"
column.

Reporter:
    The issue of assigning color to a task is covered in bug 202360.  The issue
of the calendar column is already mentioned in bug 231014.  Please look at these
bugs, and if you agree that this report is a duplicate of those, please mark it
as such.
