Bookmark Toolbar is stuck focused when you move the mouse cursor out.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move the mouse cursor onto an item in Bookmark Toolbar
2. Stay it there for a few seconds until a popup is spawned
3. Move it out of the item to somewhere out of Bookmark Toolbar/Toolbar

Actual Results:  
The focused item is stuck focused even after the mouse cursor is out and a popup
is spawned to stay there.

Expected Results:  
The selected item is unfocused and the popup disappears.
