There is no a (easily available) method for (re)fetching multiple message bodies
when using an account with "Fetch headers only" option set.
For email accounts, a message body is downloaded after clicking a link included
in the initial message body substitute.
For NNTP accounts, a message body is downloaded when opening the message.

In both cases there is no option to (re)fetch message bodies for multiple
messages. Moreover, if an invalid (empty) message body has been downloaded due
to an error, there is no method to refetch it.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
An additional menu item (RMB or Message menu) for fetching message bodies for
selected messages. At least when "Fetch headers only" option for the current
account is set.
