Nothing happens in new options window when clicked on Allow in "Allowed Sites -
Software Installation" dialog

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools->Options->Content
2. Open "Allow Sites" dialog for Software Installation, input any website
3. Click "Allow"

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Add site to allowed sites list
