When displaying the page at http://www.abitraz.com/bug/ (code reproduced from a
website which needs to log in) in a window without any tabs and then opening a
new tab the bottom (yellow) part of the frameset is hidden and returns on reload
or closing all other existing tabs. Reloading is a problem when it is a site
reached via a log-in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.abitraz.com/bug/ in a new window without any tabs
2. press ctrl+t to open a new tab
3. go back to the first tab containing the page above

Actual Results:  
bottom (yellow) part of the frameset is hidden

Expected Results:  
bottom (yellow) part should be visible

I can reprocude it, even at another website (www.gayromeo.com) with frames. The
(small) bottom frame disappears on opening a second tab. After reloading or
resizing the window it returns.

In order to reproduce the bug, you have to disable the option "Hide the tab bar,
when only one tab is open" ("Tab-Leiste verstecken, wenn nur ein Tab angezeigt
wird".

I've seen this bug on Mozilla 1.7.6, 1.7.7 and 1.7.8 it's still repoducable.
The bug is unchanged and visible as described above.
Workarounds: After resize, the complete Page is visible.
