Details

If someone uses bug xxxxx in a comment, then on the web it gets expanded into a
hyperlink. It would be nice if it got turned into a link in the email as well,
perhaps as:

  Bug #xxxxxx <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=xxxxxx>

which would mean people could find the linked bug in their email notifications
without having to vist the website.
