Details

In advanced search of bugzilla, the list doesn't scroll by SELECT of Component,
Version, and Target.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open URL.(advanced search of bugzilla)
2. Arbitrary Product is selected.
   Component, Version, and Target is changed according to selected Product. 
3. The scroll is tried with Component, Version, and Target. 

Actual Results: 
Even if the scroll bar etc. of SELECT are moved, it doesn't scroll.
