When I go to http://www.exeem.com/, and I click on the link to download, that
appears to direct you to a url (http://www.exeem.com/download.htm) it tries to
download that page instead of handling it like, say, IE does, as just a link
that should appear after being clicked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.exeem.com/
2. clink on the "download" link (you will see http://www.exeem.com/download.htm
in the status bar)
3. Notice that Download Manager pops up asking where to save the page

Actual Results:  
Download Manager pops up asking where to save the page

Expected Results:  
Open the link in the browser like any other link
