Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the 1.0.1 version either with firefox v1.0 or with IE6.0.2800 1106IC
2. click open after download to install
3. "you are about to install Netscape 7.0.2 do you wish to proceed"
4. click "next"
5. choose accept
6. choose recommended
7. setup.exe error occurs
Actual Results:
setup.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows an error log is
being created. you will need to restart the program. an error log is being created.
Expected Results:

the solution in bug 249067, comment 6 helped fix the problem
