I'm trying to install extensions for thunderbird, I included a sample page
above. When I try to right click and 'save link as' it tries to save the
install.php file but if I take out the url it doesn't prompt to save just to
install it in firefox which ofcourse fails. I finally had to use wget. Is there
any easier way or can you fix this somehow, or am I just missing something.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow link
2. Right click and save link as
3. Tries to save install.php which you dont want

Actual Results:
Tries to save install.php

Expected Results:
install.php should not be there
